A. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for Market research on Banking/ Fintech industry.
Assist to carry out User surveys for development of business initiatives.
Support the initial preparation of new initiatives.
Support in the Coordination with other departments for the execution of business initiatives that are led by Chief Transformation Officer.
Operation and Payment supports.
Others as assigned by Chief Transformation Officer.
B. REQUIREMENTS:
Full time, working hours from 8:30 - 12:00 & 13:30 - 18:00 from Monday to Friday weekly.
Working location: 412 Nguyen Thi Minh Khai Street, Ward 5, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City.
Strong knowledge in Business administration and project management.
Understanding about Business/ Financial terms, interest in start-up development is a plus.
Understand market research methods (ie. Qualitative/ quantitative/ user demographics...).
Be opened, flexible and enjoyed fast-paced environment.
Good at writing and presentation in both Vietnamese and English..
Optional skills: Logical and structured thinking, critical thinking, agile mindset, and analytics skills...
