[HCM] Phòng Thương Mại Singapore Tại Việt Nam Tuyển Dụng Admin & Marketing Intern Full-time 2026 (Hỗ Trợ 2 500 000VND/Tháng)

SingCham is looking for a dynamic and engaging Vietnamese national to fill the full-time Admin & Marketing Intern position at the SingCham Vietnam - HCMC office. This person will be responsible for tasks covering a wide range of functions such as event management, administration, and marketing.
Location: Ho Chi Minh City
Position Type: Full-time Internship (6 months)
Allowance: VND 2,500,000/month
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The responsibilities of the SingCham Vietnam intern include, but are not limited to the following:
1. Responsible for admin work, filing system, and paperwork in the SingCham Vietnam office (70%)
- Support the hard copy filing system.
- Send out all post: the invoices, contracts, and other mail.
- Organize stationery orders.
- Support with SingCham Vietnam membership tasks.
- Translation of files and documents when needed.
2. Event Support and Coordinator (20%)
- Registration and reception at events.
- Coordinate with the line Manager to ensure that all logistics are in place.
- Coordinate to obtain vendors' quotations and suppliers' contacts.
- Provide support for any administration that is required.
3. Other tasks assigned by the line Manager (10%)
REQUIREMENTS
- Senior or graduated students.
- Fluency in English and Vietnamese.
- Hard-working, Self-motivated, honest, reliable, willing to learn, and a 'can-do' attitude.
- Good computer skills, including a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Duration: 6 months.
