Mô tả công việc
Position: Import - Export Executive (8-month Contract) - Philips Vietnam
Location: A&B Tower, 20th floor, Le Lai Str, Dist 1, HCMC
Working time: Monday to Friday (8h30am - 17h30pm)
1. Your tasks:
To manage the Import & Exports activities for Philips Electronics Vietnam
The following processes and activities are involved:
· Following the orders status
· Analysis and report Turn Around Time (TAT) and find out the Root Cause of delay.
· Monitor & take part in the excellent process of export and Customs clearance process to achieve the average clearance lead-time
· Prepare all necessary documents for import and export process.
· Following the payment of Import duty & VAT.
· Communicate effectively with Forwarders, Customs, and related team to ensure the smooth clearance process of imported goods.
· Prepare the necessary documents that are related with import or exports process subject for payment process by Finance & Accounting and in accordance with government regulation / laws.
· Actively review the performance of service providers and their KPI and suppliers subject for necessary follow-up from Philips
· Review and update the incoming shipments to 3PL warehouse.
· Ensure the compliance to the Export Control regulation, refer to the guideline from the corporate.
· Proceed filing customs documents / shipping documents properly
· Proceed payments to related service providers/ suppliers.
· Apply the relevant HS code and keep the HS code data updated
· Warehouse & Distribution services
Yêu cầu
· University degree in Import - Export, Logistics or related majors.
· At least 2 years experiences in the jobs related with Logistic, Import and Export.
· Have deep knowledge on Customs regulations in Vietnam.
· Good communication skills both for English (working closely with Regional team) & Vietnamese.
· Accurate in working and strong commitment to deadlines, proactive, prudent, collaborative.
· Good collaboration skills with other cross-functions departments.
· Hard-working and good self-management skills; Good negotiation, Good planning skill.
· Commitment to work short-term contract.
