Mô tả công việc
1. Manages the overall accounting and tax activities of Vietnam Company.
2. Determines solutions to ensure compliance with company's Accounting Policies, IFRS, Vietnam GAAP and other Government requirements.
3. Provides decision support and analysis to Business Heads in the country.
4. Acts as contact point for external auditors. Manages interaction with Corporate Auditors and resolves audit and Compliance findings.
5. Follows corporate policies and procedures such as invoice processing, cash management, and expense policies.
6. Participates in the evaluation of new business opportunities.
7. Training and team building local finance team.
8. Other duties as assigned.
Yêu cầu
1. At least Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting related fields is required. CPA/ACCA/CMA is a plus. 2.5+ years experience in finance/accounting positions with previous experience, logistic industry is a plus.
2. Solid understanding of financial matters and accounting principles.
3. Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations.
4. Experience working with MS Office and Oracle systems.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Chinese is a plus.
