ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Business Development Intern is responsible for supporting the Business Development team in their efforts to generate new leads, grow the company's customer base, bring in new customers and close deals.
Conduct market research and identify potential customers;
Assist in developing and execute lead generation campaigns, utilizing various channels such as email marketing & trade show exhibition;
Qualify leads and schedule appointments;
Create and deliver product proposals and sales presentations to new customers;
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, provide prompt customer support by addressing inquiries, following up, resolving issues, and gathering feedback;
Monitor CRM tool to help manage customer relationships and sales pipelines.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Education background in Business, International Trade or relevant fields; final-year student is preferred;
Fundamental understanding of Supply Chain / Retail / International Trade is greatly preferredFluent in English;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese;
Energetic, fast learners, ability to adapt quickly;
Ability to work independently and teamwork, adapting to a fast-paced and multi-cultural collaborative environment;
Results and goals oriented;
Good at MS PowerPoint and MS Excel.
