About the Role
We are seeking an experienced S&OP Lead to drive and manage the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process across the organization. This role is critical in aligning demand and supply planning, optimizing inventory, and ensuring efficient collaboration between sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain teams. The S&OP Lead will play a key role in decision-making, helping to improve forecast accuracy, enhance service levels, and maximize operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
S&OP Process Leadership & Execution
Lead and facilitate the end-to-end S&OP process, ensuring alignment between demand and supply plans.
Develop and drive periodic S&OP cycles, including demand planning, supply planning, pre-S&OP meetings, and executive S&OP reviews.
Ensure key stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain) are engaged and aligned in the S&OP process.
Demand & Supply Planning
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to generate a consensus demand plan based on historical trends, market insights, and promotional activities.
Work closely with the supply chain, logistics, and suppliers to ensure supply plans align with demand forecasts and order quantities to optimize inventory and service levels.
Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities in demand and supply and develop contingency plans.
Data-Driven Decision Making & Continuous Improvement
Develop and maintain S&OP KPIs (e.g., forecast accuracy, inventory turnover, service level, and supply adherence).
Analyze and interpret demand trends, supply constraints, and business performance to support strategic decision-making.
Continuously refine and improve the S&OP process, tools, and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Stakeholder Management & Communication
Act as a key liaison between sales, marketing, operations, finance, and senior management to align business strategies.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving to address supply chain challenges.
Present S&OP outputs, scenarios, and recommendations to senior leadership for decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills
Education & Experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in S&OP, supply chain planning, or related fields, preferably in FMCG, manufacturing, or distribution industries.
Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and S&OP processes in a complex business environment.
Technical Skills & Knowledge
Strong knowledge of demand planning, supply chain management, and inventory optimization.
Experience using ERP/S&OP tools (e.g., SAP IBP, Kinaxis, Anaplan, Oracle, or similar planning software).
Strong analytical skills, with expertise in Excel, Power BI, or other data visualization tools.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a data-driven mindset.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
