Being a Recruitment Intern, you will spend your day taking part in almost end-to-end recruitment activities
Responsibilities
Update and monitor approved job posts across online channels.
Liaise with candidates and hiring department for test & interview arrangement.
Actively search and approach candidates to build talent pipeline under guidance of the team.
Engage with candidates: answer inquiries and ensure a great candidate experience.
Update recruitment status/candidate database with a timely and accurate manner.
Receive and follow-up completion of new employees' documents submission during on-boarding period.
Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed.
Working location: UOA Tower, 6 Tan Trao, Tan Phu Ward, District 7.
Working time: 9AM - 6PM, Monday - Friday
Requirements
3rd year or 4th year university students.
Knowledge and determination to grow in recruitment field.
Eyes for details, heart for improvement and motivation to conquer all difficulties.
Proactive, eager to learn & willingness to connect with people.
Organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks.
No hesitation in taking extra effort with can-do attitude.
Fluency in English.
Design/Content Skills (E.g: Photoshop/Canva) is a great plus.
Experience in recruitment sourcing is a great advantage.
