JOB DESCRIPTION
Employee Engagement (50%):
Plan to organize the internal events (Teambuilding, Town Hall Meeting, The GO! Project...)
Build various types of digital content according to plans of deployed internal programs including: Email, Sharepoint, Youtube...
Monitor and measure the effectiveness of internal events through specific KPIs (Number of attendees, satisfaction level,...)
Administrative Assistant (50%)
Synthesize, process, and manage documents relating to accounting
Receive, check and sign the employee's claim back records such as:party, health check, ...
Coordinate planning (information transmission, appointment scheduling, logistics activities, etc.)
Other duties as assigned or requested by linmanagers.
REQUIREMENTS
Knowlegde: Understand company's organization chart
Technical skills:
Writting administative documents
Organisation and teamwork, problem-solving skills
Information processing and delivering in a good manor
Graphic design and video editing skills (Canva/ Adobe Photoshop, Capcut/ Adobe Premiere,...)
Communication channels leveraging skills
Transverse professional skills:
Result-oriented mindset
Time management
Good communication skill
Relation elaborating and maintaining skill
Perceptive with strong business acumen
Required Background & Attitude
Education: Senior students or fresh graduates
Full-time Internship: 6 months
Attitude: Be proactive in tasks, adaptable to working environment and calm in problem-solving.
Laguage: English and Vietnamese
Computer Skills: Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint)

Allowance: 3.000.000 VND/month + Parking fee.
