JOB DESCRIPTION
Daily operation of master data management, including:
Execute changes to SAP master data as approved by the business (e.g. material, user, purchasing information record, etc.)
Control and standardize master data: ensure data maintained in the system complies with corporate Master Data policy
Execute mass updates
Work with business users to resolve master data issues
Comply with master data policy and business processes, cooperate with Audit when required, and improve the master data process and policy continuously
Optimize master data templates
Perform and report on data cleansing periodically
Create and update training documents, conduct training related to Master data
Participate in projects and initiatives related to master data
REQUIREMENTS
Have previous master data management experience in SAP, preferably a minimum of 2 years
Be analytically minded and a methodical problem solver
Be able to multitask with efficient task organization and proper prioritization, and communicate in a respectful and timely manner
Strong MS Office suite skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
