MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
● Data Preparation & Cleansing: Assist the
team in extracting and standardizing legacy data using basic SQL and Excel,
ensuring all data is clean and migration-ready.
● Data Mapping & Transformation: Assist the
project team in mapping data fields from current systems to the new system
structure. Apply your logical mindset to identify gaps or mismatches in data
formats.
● Data Validation & Quality Assurance: Play
a key role in testing by validating that data has been transferred correctly.
Cross-check records, investigate discrepancies, and report errors to the
technical team.
● (Nice to have) Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a
bridge between the technical team and business teams. Use your business sense
to understand how migrated data will be used in real-world operations and
ensure business requirements are met.
● (Nice to have) Process Documentation: Read technical
documentation (in English) to understand the system requirements and help
document data migration rules, workflows, and best practices for future
reference.
● Assist in setting up logistics and meetings
during project and team activities.
YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN
The
3rd/4th-year students or fresh graduates from the University of Science,
Vietnam National University, University of Technology, and University of
Economics with the following criteria:
● Educational Background: Students majoring in
Data Science, Mathematics & Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer
Science, Statistics, Econometrics, Finance, Business Administration, or related
fields.
● Hard Skills:
○ Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP,
HLOOKUP, etc.).
○ Fundamental knowledge of SQL (basic queries,
JOINs, data filtering).
○ Familiarity with Data Visualization (BI Tools)
such as Power BI is a plus.
○ (Bonus) Basic understanding of programming
languages used in data analysis like Python or R.
● Mindset & Soft Skills:
○ Logical & Data-driven Mindset: The
signature strength of Science and Tech students. You need the ability to view
problems systematically.
○ Business Sense: The absolute advantage of
Economics students. The ability to connect data with real-world business
contexts and answer the question, "What does this data mean for the
business?".
○ Proactive, eager to learn, unafraid of making
mistakes, and ready to get your hands with real-world data.
○ English Communication: Good command of reading
and writing in English to research technical documentation, learn new tools,
and communicate effectively.
