JOB DESCRIPTION
The regional TA Intern's responsibilities are to support the Regional TA Operations Team on general recruitment and office administrative assignments.
REQUIREMENTS
Your Key Responsibilities
1. CV searching, candidate pool building, and market analyzing:
Assist recruiters in searching CVs from various sources following defined criteria
Collect information/CVs from recruiters and use other sourcing techniques to build up a candidates database
with set objectives
Assist the team in conducting research, talent mapping & updates about competitors & market
Searching CVs on LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms
2. General administration:
Assist team members with interview arrangement & recruitment data/reports/process
Prepare related paperwork for new hires
3. Other tasks as assigned:
Directly supporting Regional Talent Acquisition on a variety of tasks to ensure efficient execution of responsibilities
Support on employee engagement activities and other social company events
Who We Want
Students studying in University or Fresh Graduates and able to work full-time from Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Have knowledge and interest in recruitment
Familiar with MS Office, social networks and content writing
Have good communication skills (Vietnamese & English)
Be well-organized, proactive, open-minded, highly responsible and supportive
