JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Departmental tasks:
Housekeeping for current PANF and prepare tracking list
Update name + photo of newcomers for org chart
Raise SO and issue invoice
Control stationery/accessory list and report (keep eyes on inventory and issue replenished order if needed)
Contract signing/sending/following up and recording
Posting department announcement/new guideline into dept platform
Get access card for guests
Book hotel for VIPs
Support workshop, events, lunch, dinner
Other assigned (if any)
2. Personal assistant for HoD tasks:
Receive invoice for travel and non-travel expense of HoD, proceed claim in system and follow up with HRS9
Support HoD with some daily life activities
Support to plan leisure trip for HoD and family
Other supports (if any)
REQUIREMENTS
Entitled as full-time student during internship period
No working experiences required, although students with dynamic experience in school/ social activities will have a big advantage
Eloquent in English
Proficiency in MS (Word, Excel, Power Point, Email, Teams...) in required
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Time management, task management skill
Hard-working, detailed oriented, result oriented
Can work independently with minimal supervision
Willing to learn attitude, adaptive, flexible

JOB DESCRIPTION
Support IT purchasing for ASEAN countries, including Vietnam, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, Indonesia, and Philippines.
Communicate and send request for quotations to local and oversea suppliers.
Maintain and update the supplier database.
Prepare reports and presentations for the Purchasing Department.
Handle and follow up on purchasing contracts.
Support in raising Purchasing Orders on the system and sending to suppliers.
Do other daily business assistance.
REQUIREMENTS
Full-time student major in Economics, Supply chain, Logistics, Foreign Trade, International Business, Business Administration, etc.
No working experiences required, although students with dynamic experience in school/ social activities will have a big advantage.
Mandatory: English
Time management skill, task management skill, critical thinking and patience.
Communication and negotiation skills.
Can-do attitude, eyes for detail and urge to develop and learn new things.
High sense of disciplinary and confidentiality.
Ability to work in multicultural teams.
