Job Description
Support to organize marketing events (Trade Fair, Seminar, Customer Training, Sales Meeting, University Visits...).
Localize marketing materials (landing pages, catalogues, articles).
Play a key role in delivering effective external and internal communications through various platforms such as email newsletters, email marketing,...
Translate and write PR articles for external magazines & brochures.
Support video production: pre-production, filming and editing.
Follow guideline to design for marketing materials (banner, backdrop, standee, brochure,...) & manage POSMs stock.
Qualifications
Entitled as full-time student in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations and other related fields during 6-month internship period.
No working experiences required, although students with dynamic experience in school/ social activities will have a big advantage.
Eloquent in English and Vietnamese
Proficient in design tools and have a sense of art.
Have experience in event organizing and management.
Proactive and willing to go the extra miles.
Working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday).
Candidates must provide an official recommendation/introduction letter with stamp from their university.
