To be responsible for communication for branding and publicity of the brands, products in strategic media & offline channels, to maximize ROI both in terms of the Customer buying experience and contribution to overall sales, while at the same time ensuring optimization of budget.
The Brand Executive implements plans and initiatives relating to the brands, customer experience and loyalty in order to drive the organisation's brand equity. The Brand Executive works in a fast-paced and dynamic environment where he/she ensures compliance of the brand identity throughout the organisation.
Task description:
Develop and plan marketing strategies of the assigned brands.
Plan and work with the Trade Marketing team, Product Marketing team, Sales team to implement ATL & BTL activities such as promotional activities, print advertisements, events, point-of-sales marketing etc.
Create, direct and monitor brand campaigns through social networks and PR Articles with media partners and third parties
Plan and execute new product launches.
Monitor competitor's activities through print, TVC advertisements, PR Articles and data analysis, as well as current market performance and trends.
Analyse market trends and development that may impact marketing activities. Support to conduct market research to identify emerging trends of consumers.
Design, collect and analyse customer satisfaction and feedback. Implement innovation campaigns to drive higher customer retention and loyalty.
Manage brand budget and update to line manager to ensure effective and efficient investment, handle contracts & document revision.
Report monthly macroenvironment and ATL-BTL brand performance to Deputy General Director and Manager, respectively.
Coordinate the registration and renewal of brand trademarks in Vietnam in collaboration with trademark law firms.

REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
Years of experience: 1-2 year(s) in a similar role
Fluency in English languages (both written and oral)
Excellent written skills including experience of writing and commenting on/editing fundraising copy for digital audience
Excellent attention to detail
Customer-focused, good communication skills, think creatively about innovative approaches to marketing
Excellent teamwork skills
Self-disciplined with ability to work independently
Able to perform well under work pressure and meet tight deadline
Abilities to use computer, office programs
Ability to conduct research and analyze data
Willing to go business trips
