Position: Billing intern (Accounting Background)
Main Duties & Responsibilities
· Checking documents to ensure all invoices are issued accurately & billed to correct parties
· Coordinating with customer service team to provide information for billing process
· Coordinating with Quality team to ensure CW1 job files quality
· Sending invoices and shipments documents to request payment from customers
· Monitoring & following up the pending shipments
· Monitoring & following up internal billing to the other department
· Receiving & checking billing from vendor
· Making advance & urgent payment follow SOP
· Coordinating with Finance, ISSC to make sure all the cost & revenue are reported correctly on CW1
· Monthly report of Rev/Cost/GP
· Other tasks required by line manager
Requirements
Final-year University Student / Fresh graduate with associate's or bachelor's degree in Accounting
Ability to use English both spoken and written
Experience in CargoWise1 is a plus
Basic understanding of finance
Can work full time

Position: Receptionist cum QHSE intern
Main Duties & Responsibilitie
1. Receptionist (30%):
Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
Direct visitors to the appropriate person.
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
2. Quality-Health-Safety-Environment Assistant (70%):
To be trained for below task:
Site Inspection for Office.
Responsibility to ensure that corrective actions resulting from accidents / near misses, audits inspections & risk assessments are implemented.
Collect inputs through consultation & participation from the staff to improve the Quality Health, Safety & Environmental performance through the DSV Program.
Record PPE equipment for Warehouse & Related Departments.
3. Other Tasks required by Line Manager.
