JOB DESCRIPTION
Support the HR Department with maintaining employee personnel files and filing systems.
Scan HR-related documents then file in appropriate folder
Enter data into HR software.
Support HR Department in C&B processes: SHUI, Healthcare insurance...
Support on expense claim & vendor code, contract portal process for payment...
Other tasks assigned by Manager/ Team Leaders.
REQUIREMENTS
3rd or 4th-year university students who are available to work full-time in 6 months
Organized and able to handle multiple streams of work
Adaptable and able to learn quickly
Careful, detail oriented, well organize
Ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills
Efficiency level of MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT)
English communication
