Job Overview:
Manage the TEC team in plant to do the good service to
satisfy the production's requirement for production activity. Ensure that their
crew follows all safety, environmental, legal, and contractual rules while
performing their duties as well as monitor the progress of all jobs and will
have to remove any roadblocks identified that are limiting the productivity of
the team.
Ensure all machineries and equipment are in good condition
and ready to be put into production, arrange manpower and support new recruitment
and lead his team for skill upgrade. Estimate and order materials needed; and
supervise the proper installation, repair, and maintenance of mechanical
systems and equipment in accordance with established methods and procedure.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
1.
Ensure "SAFETY FIRST" principle is actually
implemented in all activities of repair or maintenance through effective
monitoring on working site of Technician and other members.

Ensure maintenance team apply H&S management
system (the LOTO, Hot work...) before executing maintenance work
3.
Lead, direct and motivate the team, monitor team
performance and give feedback to ensure an effective service is provided to
facilitate the achievement of production requirements.
4.
Advise/Guide the team, coordinator with other
department (such as production, Indu, Procurement, HR, finance, etc) and
external parties (such as suppliers, contractors etc) to resolve relevant
operational issues.
5.
Monitor and review maintenance KPIs to achieve
the set targets and improve the plant efficiency and effectiveness.
6.
Carry out the effective preventive maintenance,
predictive maintenance program for critical equipment in the plant to improve
the reliability.
7.
Conduct improvement & Problem-solving
meeting and provide input to the continuous improvement projects or activities.
8.
Respond quickly to Andon call/ help chain and
take actions. Involve Maintenance Technician if necessary, as resources in the
Problem Solving process.
9.
Ensure the systems and procedures are in place
to manage the spare part and consumables inventory.
10. Assess
resource requirements prepare annual departmental/ support preparation of
organizational budgets, monitor and authorize expenses analyze variances and
implement control measures to ensure adherence to budgets.
11. Manage
the energy utilization of the organization, monitor usage and deploy suitable
conservation strategies to ensure the optimum energy usage at the plant.
12. Develop
the maintenance skill matrix and training plan for technician to help them on
daily job with good result.
13. Develop
and conduct the process to evaluate the Technician skill

Organize, provide and guarantee the learning offer(s) for
all employees within his/her scope of responsibility
Ensure training activities are efficiently and effectively
delivered
Ensure the expected level of professionalism of the
trainer's network (internal and external)
Advise the LCM and DP networks on the improvement of the
learning and development offer
Assure the availability of learning and development
offerings within their scope in coordination with the competency manager
network and Learning Solution department.
Build a training plan to close individual and collective
competency gaps.
Ensure the training plan aligns with business priorities for
its execution.
Evaluate the effectiveness, efficiency, and business impact
of training programs.
Evaluate and enhance the competencies required for internal
and external trainers.
Fulfill local legal, administrative, and quality system
requirements for training activities. Conduct thorough training needs
assessments to identify gaps in skills and knowledge.
Collaborate with PDP, managers, and employees to gather
insights and feedback.
Design comprehensive training programs that address
identified needs.
Create course materials, develop training modules, and
select appropriate delivery methods (e.g., in-person training, online courses,
workshops).
Facilitate training sessions for employees at all levels.
Use various instructional techniques and technologies to
ensure an engaging and effective learning experience.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
through assessments, surveys, and performance metrics.
Ensure all training programs comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and organizational policies.
Stay updated on best practices and emerging trends in training and development.
Prepare and present regular reports on training activities, outcomes, and ROI to senior management.
Provide insights and recommendations for future training initiatives.
Offer ongoing support and mentoring to employees, helping them apply new skills and knowledge in their roles.
Act as a point of contact for any training-related queries and issues.

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Human
Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Above 3 years of experience in
an HR roles.
Strong understanding of HR
principles and practices.
Fluency in English
