We are looking for a dynamic and creative person to strengthen our digital Teams. This position is ideal for anyone who has a passion for beauty and
digital marketing and wants to combine them in one job.
Responsibilities include designing and implementing email marketing campaigns, developing journey automations and analyzing campaign results to increase engagement and sales.
Email Marketing: You will design visually appealing and effective email HTML templates for various campaigns. You will ensure that all emails are mobile⁃friendly and meet brand standards.
Journey Automations: You will develop and manage customer journey automations and ensure a seamless and engaging experience from first contact to post⁃purchase follow⁃up.
Campaign Analysis: You will monitor and analyze the performance of email campaigns and the automation journey. You will use insights to optimize future campaigns for better engagement and conversion rates.
Collaboration: You will work closely with marketing teams to align email campaigns with broader marketing strategies and goals.
Content creation: Assist in creating compelling content for email campaigns, including copywriting and basic graphic design.
Database management: Manage and segment the email database to effectively target specific customer groups.
Reporting: Regularly report on campaign results, provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
Keep you updated on the latest trends in email marketing and digital automation tools.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication or a related field (preferred, but not mandatory)
Basic knowledge of HTML and email marketing platforms (e.g. Braze, Salesforce, Mailchimp, Constant Contact)
Basic knowledge of marketing automation tools and software for CRM Analytical skills
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Creative thinking with attention to detail
Passion for the beauty industry
German as a native speaker, good English, French is a plus
