JOB DESCRIPTION
Do payment for import - export cost
Manage and support end-user/ requester about delivery goods of domestic POs and import shipments
Support department to receive or send packages domesticall
Support to prepare documents for custom clearance
Booking, packaging and preparing documents for export shipment
Do Goods receipt on SAP for domestic and oversea POs
Record, update Import - Export databases and store all documents
Other tasks as assigned by supervisor
REQUIREMENTS
University graduated/ main major: Logistics/ Import - Export.
Does experience, will be trained, preference will be given to candidates with experience in the same position
Proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel, Power Point etc.
Technical Skills & Job Scope: need practical experience handling import/export documents such as Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading/Air Waybills, and Certificates of Origin (C/O)
System: SAP or candidates with experience in other ERP systems will be considered and trained
Transportation modes are primarily involved: Air Freight
Hard working, Enthusiastic, Proactive and Creative at work.
Foreign languages: good English communicate.
