Are you interested in learning how the Legal & Compliance team operates in a multinational company? Are you willing to work full-time for 6 months (8 hours/day & 5 days/week) and gain hands-on experience in the Legal & Compliance function? If so, let's join us as a new Legal & Compliance Intern at Mercedes-Benz Vietnam.
What will you do?
In this intern role, you will spend time on supporting the department's daily tasks such as:
Supporting the department's daily administrative tasks.
Researching local laws against corporate policies to localise content.
Training and consulting other departments on relevant corporate policies.
Keeping track of and organising internal work instructions within the Company.
Preparing slides and documentation for Compliance reports as assigned.
Planning and coordinating the department's projects.
Writing comprehensive articles on Compliance subjects to raise awareness within the Company.
Other tasks as requested
Qualifications
Who are we looking for?
Vietnamese citizen with full legal eligibility to work in Vietnam.
Remains a student throughout the 6-month internship period, including the end of February 2027.
Undergraduate student majoring in Law, Economic Law, or other related fields. Preferably majoring in Law or possessing a good legal sense.
Willing to commit to a full-time internship for 6 months (8 hours/day & 5 days/week).
Basic knowledge of Vietnamese laws and regulations.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks, with a proactive attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
Fluent in both written and spoken English.
Strong interest in learning new skills and gaining exposure to new experiences.
