We are excited to offer an opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a
Purchasing Intern. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience and valuable insights into the procurement processes within our organization. You will work closely with our purchasing team to support various tasks and projects, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
What will you do?
As a Purchasing Intern, your responsibilities will include:
Supporting the conduction of the QMS process audit.
Screening and sorting potential suppliers for specific commodities and sending Requests for Information/Proposals.
Clarifying specifications and scope of work with business partners or requesting departments.
Comparing quotations, analyzing, and negotiating with suppliers to improve price, payment terms, delivery, warranty conditions, and other benefits for the company.
Collecting and transferring documents internally to support buyers and other departments.
Recording minutes of meetings, preparing presentation files and sorting/extracting data for Excel reports based on instructions.
Other tasks as requested
Qualifications
Who are we looking for?
Vietnamese citizen with full legal eligibility to work in Vietnam.
Remains of a student throughout the 6-month internship period, including the end of March 2027.
Undergraduate student in Economics, Finance, Foreign Trade or related majors in Supply chain.
Willing to commit to a full-time internship for 6 months (8 hours/day & 5 days/week).
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy, particularly when handling numerical data and reports.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks, with a proactive attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
Good skills in MS skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Fluent in both written and spoken English.
