JOB DESCRIPTION
- Expedite daily operations landside and customs activities of assigned accounts
- Proper co-ordination with Customers, Customer Service teams, CFS Warehouse and 3PL provider for stuffing plan and/to arrange services on scheduled, for timely collection and dispatch of shipments.
- Proactively attend all the inquiries from Customers and Customer Service teams, well communication with related parties in case of exceptions.
- Prepare SOPs & IOPs in collaboration with Customer, Sales, Procurement, Implementation and Products and 3PL providers
- Take ownership of the issues and perform problem resolution.
- Take ownership of Customer Experience.
- Ensuring compliance to internal & external audit controls; process efficiency and delivering operational KPIs.
- Drive operational excellence through KPI measurement and analysis.
- Able to work independently with the limit supervision from higher level.
- Enhance productivity & performance with initiatives in operation.
- Actively contribute initiatives to support process improvements, payment process with cost-saving requirement.
- Take every opportunity to expand on services in scope of solution design and new business development.
- Carry out ad-hoc tasks assigned by Team Leader/ Manager
WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 3 years experience related working experience in Import - Export Operation
- Possess practical knowledge & Experience in customs formalities operations & transportation handling: FCL/LCL handling; OOG container handling, domestic distribution.
- Data entry in VNACCS/customs liquidation (prefer to EPE declaration purpose)
- Processing for apply Certificate of origin/ quality, HS code classification, making Customs annual report applied for Customs CD Code: E31, E62, E21, E52 will be a plus.
- In-depth understanding of customs laws related to one of industries such as: High Tech Goods, FMCG, Textile, Wood, Animal Feed, Machinery.
- Possess experience in analysing report by EXCEL, PBI, GDS, VBA
- Good understanding SAP - module SD
- Possess price's evaluation, tax refund, post-customs clearance will be a plus
- Computer literacy, especially in excel, power point
- Language: English, Chinese is a plus
- Possess can-do and willing-to-do attitude, Result-oriented and Customer-orientation.
