The brand has 45 branches and more than 300 employees across the country (Hanoi, Haiphong, Danang, Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong), and is headquartered in Ho Chi Minh City. JOB DESCRIPTION
Understand, execute and analyze digital marketing KPIs, using a multi-channel strategy of Content Management, campaign planning, social media, CRM and Digital Media Buying
Use social media to engage consumers, respond to questions, and promote company initiatives.
Derive customer insights from data and provide intelligence to support CRM initiatives.
Ensure CRM communications and database segmentation are effective for targeted marketing.
Monitor customer data capturing, quality, sales activities, and sales performance.
Enhance CRM program, in link with e-CRM and other digital aspects.
Ensure integration of interactive and CRM strategies with other departments
Handle effectively the distribution of DM, eDM, SMS, Zalo...
Keep tracking CRM performance and proactively propose for further improvement.
REQUIREMENTS
2 years of experience in retail industries
Excellent analytical, and problem-solving skills and numerical sense
Strong communication skills
Fluent in English and Vietnamese
