ORDER MANAGEMENT EXECUTIVE

JOB DESCRIPTION
WORKING TIME: 8-hour rotating working shifts
8.30 AM - 5.30 PM (Day Shift - Working at Lake View 1, Thu Thiem, Dist.2, HCM city)
5.00 PM - 12.00 AM (Night Shift - Working Online from Home)
RESPONSIBILITIES
Updating purchase details (order information and pricing) to internal databases.
Tracking order deadlines and addressing any delays/order issues.
Support pre-sales and post-sales activities between Customer Services, and Finance for all quote-to-order functions, including adjust quotes, change orders, refunds, and order status inquiries.
Work closely with Customer Services and Freelancers to ensure all orders are captured & updated as required and to ensure accuracy.
Review all modification orders for completeness and errors.
Work with the sales team to mitigate any problems with orders to ensure accuracy.
Work collaboratively and cooperatively with colleagues to accomplish shared goals.
Process and ensure refund requests policies including appropriate approval and documentation.
Preparing detailed monthly reports on order status and freelancer performance evaluation.
Forecast the hiring needs for the writing partner position.
REQUIREMENTS
University graduate at any fields with at least 2-year experience in office
Fluent in English (especially reading and writing) - IELTS English certificate is strongly preferred;
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, report)
Self-driven and ability to work independently and work in a team environment;
Attention to accuracy;
Time management skills;
Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
Be an overseas student or study in an international university located in Vietnam;
BENEFITS
Monthly income: up to 15,000,000 VND, including:
+ Basic salary: 9.000.000 VND - 12.000.000 VND
+ Monthly incentive: 1,500,000 VND - 3,000,000 VND
+ Parking and meal allowance
+ Weekend allowance (work 01 shift from home/ weekend and 01 day OFF/ weekend)
13th month salary bonus.

Recruiting Writers
Screen/pre-select resumes and shortlist applicants from internal/external sources like Facebook, LinkedIn, Fanpage, Websites,...
Organize job advertisements on internal and external channels (intranet, network, linkedin, job-posting website, headhunter firms, and etc.);
Schedule interviews, coordinate initial interview, and participate in all later interviews;
Generate offer letters to qualified candidates;
Responsible for the process of collecting documentation for onboarding writers and manage writer information;
Build long-term relationships with past and potential candidates;
Be responsible for following up and filling vacancies as assigned; ensuring the quality of candidates' selection to meet the company's requirements;
Contact, reply and respond to candidates' questions prior to job requirements;
Design writing tests for writers;
Evaluate candidates' writing ability based on the test performance;
Preparing contracts, payslip for new writers;
Managing Writers
Build and maintain relationships with writers by communicating regularly and conferring with writers to resolve any problems or questions;
Work closely with Operation Team dealing with writer's issues and complaints;
Set up KPI for writers, performance review for writers.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor/ Master degree majoring in Finance, Business, Marketing, Hospitality,...
Excellent communication skills;
Ability to think uniquely and independently;
Fluent in English, IELTS at least 6.5, or equivalent is acceptable;
In-depth knowledge of candidate selection methods.
Be an overseas student or study in an international university located in Vietnam
BENEFITS
Monthly income up to 14,000,000 VND, including:
+ Basic salary: 9,000,000 VND - 11,000,000 VND
