JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Project Coordinator Intern to help us grow our educational projects toward SDG 4. In this position, you will work with your team to deliver the best experience and service for our important stakeholders and sustain a healthy, highly-connected cooperation environment.
Open for Entry level, Sophomore, third-year students, this role will work full-time at our office (133 Tran Trong Cung, Tan Thuan Dong, D7, HCM)
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Gather and process the data to make regular performance reports, and generate valuable insights for improvement for the next program
Work with Corporate partners to deliver the services
Work with beneficiaries to ensure the ongoing update and transparency of the funding and social activities
Cooperate with other stakeholders to organize, and manage events, international exchange program for Lead The Change, and Corporate partners, including but not limited to planning budget, managing the set-up, etc
Develop post-event reports to track and evaluate the performance of each event and stakeholder
REQUIRED QUALITIES
Proficient in English/MS Office
Demonstrate problem-solving skills, and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented, customer-centric solid and data-driven mindset
Ability to plan budgets, process invoice
Experience running large-scale projects, organizing events that involve multiple stakeholders and aggressive timelines is an advantage
