WHAT YOU WILL DO

Pizza 4Ps is looking for a skilled training assistant/ specialist who plays the role as a pillar of our Training Team in championing the Learning Management System (LMS), handling training administrative and organizational work and delivering WOW services to 4P's partners (4P's colleagues). Working directly with the Head of Training at Pizza 4Ps you will grow yourself and your skills.

HOW YOU WILL DO IT ?

1. Learning Management System (LMS)

Be the administrator of the LMS (will be trained about this) in order to manage users and conduct operational e-learning work.
Be the main contact point to work with vendor about the system
Be the main contact point to 4P's partners (employees) in supporting user services

2. Training Classes Organization & Record tracking

With Head of Training's guidance, plan for logistics work to support various 4P's training program roll-out, including working with vendors if any
Organize training classes for courses to be organized by 4P's training center as well as government-compliant courses and QA-compliant courses.
Track records and ensure training records are compliant with government & QA requirements.

3. Training communication

Design training bulletin, posters, videos etc.
Effectively communicate training initiatives on communication platforms

4. Other training operational work

Training record tracking & updating
Logistics support for all training initiatives
Other training operational work assigned by Head of Training

WHO YOU ARE ?

System savvy, tech savvy
Good command of English, translation skill is an advantage
Excellent planning and organizational skills and ability to attend to details
Creativeness and be familiar with designing tools and video making tools
Service mindset to delivery WOW experience to 4P's partners
Growth and collaborative mindset
