Responsibilities
Support in planning and developing content ideas for social media channels (Facebook, Facebook Reels, YouTube);
Assist in building and managing content calendars aligned with campaign timelines;
Assist in monitoring content performance and preparing simple reports;
Support day-to-day management of social media channels (Facebook, etc.), including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and handling inbox/comments;
Coordinate with freelancers (
designers,
content creators, etc.) and support payment tracking;
Support the planning and execution of marketing events (both online and offline);
Conduct basic research on market trends, competitors, and customer insights;
Handle basic marketing paperwork and administrative tasks.
Requirements
Ability to intern at least 40 hours/week (Mon to Fri) for 3-6 months;
Final-year students in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Education, etc., with a passion for product development and project management;
Good communication and writing skills in both English and Vietnamese;
Basic computer skills and Microsoft Office Tools;
Strong organizational, planning, and entrepreneurial spirit;
Responsible, hardworking, and progressive; Basic understanding of content creation (copywriting, short-form video trends);

Advantageous: experience in education, content planning, project management, marketing for service providers or relevant scope work.
