JOB DESCRIPTION
1. ECA Preparation and Teaching/课外活动(ECA)准备与教学:
● Design and conduct ECAs focused on cultural exploration, including board games, crafts, and simple science
projects.
设计并开展以文化探索为主题的课外活动,包括桌游、手工制作及简单科学项目。
● Create a positive and interactive environment that encourages student participation and cultural engagement.
营造积极互动的课堂氛围,鼓励学生参与及文化体验。
● Manage small class sizes of 8-10 students in schools or community settings.
在学校或社区环境中管理8-10人的小班教学。
● Provide feedback to students and parents/guardians regarding participation and progress.
向学生及家长反馈课堂参与情况与学习进展。
2. HSK Learning Support/HSK 学习辅导:
● Provide tailored support to students in reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills.
为学生提供阅读、写作、听力与口语方面的针对性辅导。
● Identify and address individual learning needs to enhance language proficiency.
识别并满足学生个别学习需求,提升语言能力。

● Assist students in building HSK vocabulary, mastering grammar, and improving overall language skills.
协助学生积累HSK词汇、掌握语法并提升综合语言能力。
3. HSK teaching and Test Preparation/HSK 教学与考试准备:
● Teach HSK reading comprehension and writing skills aligned with certification goals.
教授HSK阅读理解与写作技巧,帮助学生达成考试认证目标。
● Conduct structured practice sessions and mock exams to familiarize students with test formats.
组织系统化练习及模拟考试,使学生熟悉考试形式。
● Provide constructive feedback on grammar, sentence structure, and essay writing.
针对语法、句型结构及作文写作提供建设性反馈。
● Teach test-taking strategies to help students maximize exam performance.
教授应试策略,帮助学生在考试中发挥最佳水平。
● Track student progress and adjust teaching approaches accordingly.
跟踪学生学习进度,并根据情况调整教学方法。
REQUIREMENTS
● Proficiency in Mandarin at HSK Level 5 or above.
中文水平达到HSK5级或以上。
● CTCSOL certification or graduation in a relevant major is preferred.
持有CTCSOL证书或相关专业毕业者优先。
● Proven experience in teaching Mandarin and preparing students for HSK exams, especially in reading and
writing.
具备中文教学及HSK备考经验,尤其擅长阅读与写作教学。
● Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
具备良好的人际沟通与组织能力。
● Passion for teaching and promoting Mandarin language and culture.
热爱教学并积极推广中文语言与文化。
● Overseas study or work experience in Mainland China or Taiwan is a plus.
曾在中国大陆或台湾留学或工作者优先。
