Your Role
You will be responsible for coordinating internship programs and external engagement activities for the School of Science, Engineering & Technology (SSET) across all RMIT Vietnam campuses. Working closely with internal teams and industry partners, you will ensure high-quality internship placements for students and foster strong external collaborations aligned with the School's strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
Internship Coordination
Collaborate with the Career Department to source, approve, and monitor internship placements.
Track student progress through site visits and consultations.
Maintain and update internship records and databases.
Advise students on professional conduct, deadlines, and expectations.
External Engagement
Build and maintain industry partnerships.
Coordinate data tracking and stakeholder engagement activities.
Support Capstone Project logistics and Work-Integrated Learning (WIL) agreements.
Assist with delivering the School's strategic engagement plan.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in project management, engineering, or business.
Experience in coordination, stakeholder engagement, or education support is a plus.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in English (minimum IELTS General 6.0 or equivalent).
Vietnamese citizenship required.
