AS A PARTNERSHIP MARKETING LEAD, YOU WILL:
Defining, measuring, and understanding our growth metrics. How do they interrelate? Understanding users' engagement and use of the product.
Formulate, propose, and implement best-in-class partnership strategy to support business growth.
Identify and network with potential partners to build successful and high impact partnerships.
Build partnership and deliver co-campaign with potential partners to create business synergy in all aspects of online and offline campaigns.
Develop growth initiatives including integrated co-marketing campaigns, product partnerships and corporate promotions to drive customer acquisition and maximize revenue growth.
Closely collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to facilitate communication and objectives alignment. For example, work closely with Merchants, Product & Customer Experience team to building longer-term product features that generate network effect and bring in higher performance of overall partnerships.
Review and evaluate partnership & affiliate performances to achieve business goals.
Designing marketing experiments, promotions campaign and quickly iterating to improve key metrics.
YOU NEED:
At least 5-7 years of marketing experience in integrated marketing and partnership campaigns, preferably in the e-commerce space; B2C application.
Confident, outgoing personality with negotiation skills, comfortable approaching new people outside of your own network.
Natural partner engagement skills with the ability to develop rapport and translate established relationships to programs that impact the business.
Digital savvy, good analytical and administrative skills.
Being data-driven and kind of a data-geek: clear understanding of data, analytics, metrics and statistics to support everyday decisions.
Good command of English, both verbal and written communication.
Ability to communicate effectively with teams across different functions and cultural backgrounds.
Willingness to test out ideas and be very hands on;
A start-up attitude - highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, 'roll-up-your-sleeves' attitude and willing to learn.
