What you will do
Proactively contact and maintain good relationships with artists across all genre for music acquisition / distribution;
Cross-work among other departments to manage artists' and partners' content on Zing MP3;
Support team/line manager to conduct report and research on the music industry, including new music trends, potential new artists,...
Collect feedbacks/insights from indie/under artists and fans per team/line manager request;
Support the team with other admin work as per requested.
What you will need
Proven strong communication and negotiation skills;
Passionate about working in the music industry, especially the Vietnam indie/under music scene;
Demonstration of enthusiasm, responsibility, dynamic, and strong teamwork skills;
Candidates with knowledge and previous relationship or experience working with indie/under artists will be highly considered.
