Our 12‐month Progressive Development Program offers a well‐structured and immersive learning journey designed to build both technical expertise and behavioral capabilities, while fast‐tracking your career at VAL. As a YET, you will gain hands‐on experience, take ownership of meaningful projects, and make a real, tangible impact-contributing to our important purpose of providing food and feed in a safe and sustainable way.

- QC Engineer
REQUIREMENTS
- Final year student or less than 1.5-year working experience in: Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, Chemical Process & Equipment or other related majors.
- GPA: 7.0/10 or 2.8/4, or above.
- TOEIC: 650+ or equivalence.
- Critical thinking, active learning, flexibility, creative.
