[HCMC] Monitor Executive Sushi (

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE
Responsible for product research and development for Sushi & Japan counter. Training and improve making Sushi and Japanese's cooking skills for the staffs in counter.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Product development:
- Create ideas for new product development: co-oporate with MD to choose the suitable materials, processing and packaging.
- Product proposal: making product sample for tasting and revise it until finalize recipe with MD.
- Making recipe: writing RCP with detail cooking process and photos.
- Product improvement:
- Checking old recipe and check current cooking processes in operation => propose the suitable way to improve the product.
- Making sample for tasting and revise it until finalize the recipe with MD.
- Making recipe: writing RCP with detail cooking process and photos.
- Training:
- Training the new products or improved products for operation staffs before launching new product following MD plan.
- Making the report to record the training operation to make sure that operation staffs can make the new products.
- Training operation staffs to improve advanced sushi skills for skill test (Sushi & Japan ) and support as trainer for skill test examination.
- Making the new product training report.
- Materials improvement:
- Support MD to checking new materials to find out new supplier and new material source.
- Making the report to record the result of tasting.
- Operation improvement:
- Propose ideas to improve production processing in Sushi & Japan counter.
- Product quality checking:
- Checking the quality of products (Taste, in counter every month and support OP adjust products to make sure that products would be right quality.
- Making report to report the result.
- New store operation:
- Propose menu food products & cooking equipment's for new store.
- Develop sushi, bento, tempura, fried items products, training recipe and cooking skills for operation staffs and support for new store launching.
Other Duties
- Any necessary task that request from superior or manager.
- Travel for business trip when required.
Rules and Regulations
- Follow all working procedures, the company's policies, rules and regulations.
REQUIREMENT:
- Experienced in working at 5 star hotels or fancy sushi restaurant
- Authentic sushi cooking style (5 star hotel level) development.
- Workmanship certificate (if any)
- 03- 04-year of experience in retail with the same category.
- Experienced in Sushi and Japanese Chef or relevant role.
- Portfolio of products you have created.
- English communication skills (medium) or Japanese low level.
- Customer-focused.
- Show the passion of the merchandise career.
- Ability to be sensitive to the market.
- Abilities to use computer, office programs basically.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Flexible/ open-minded.
- Training skills.
