- Culinary Management & Menu Development
- Oversee all food preparation and Cooking processes to ensure dishes are consistently prepared
- Monitor inventory, manage food costs while minimizing waste
Kitchen Operations:
- Supervise daily kitchen operations, including opening and closing procedures and general workflow
- Maintain a clean, organized and safe kitchen environment
Team Leadership & Staff Management:
- Train and manage all kitchen staff
- Delegate tasks and responsibilites effectively
- Provide mentorship and coaching to kitchen staff schedule to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts
Yêu cầu
- Culinary education certificate is preferred
- Experience as a Head Chef or a similar senior culinary role, minimum 2 - 3 years
- Experience in a menu planning, recipe development and kitchen management
Requirements:
- English: intermediate
- Vietnam: fluent
- Must live in Phu Quoc or willing to relocate (relocation benefits included)
