Major Action:
Volume, Revenue, KPIs, Collaboration
• Lead and own the Demand Review (part of S&OP process) and also facilitating the Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) review ensuring there is clear communication to the wider business and actions completed.
• Develop a robust Sales and Operation Planning process (S&OP) that creates a consensus-based forecasting process with cross-functional partners and manages variances accordingly.
• Collect and analyze the market and product trends to develop seasonal demand forecasts.
• Drive the top-down and bottom-up long-range demand forecast process and ensure alignment with strategic financial targets.
• Facilitate any relevant APAC or global forums.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to ensure the changing needs of the business are met.
• Review key assumptions and rationale of the demand plan and its components with the category team.
• Reconcile and resolve differences between category targets and forecasts at any point in time.
• Lead demand and supply integration and continuously drive alignment towards a single supply plan.
• Build capability in the team on root cause analysis and continuous improvement to drive better business results.
• Flawlessly execute against New Product Development (NPD) and Product changes
Financial:
• Meet both inventory and customer service targets - drivers of Cash flow & CFR
• Manage mitigation plans which balances supply - inventory, service and cost - ensuring the best action implemented.
Customer & Consumer:
• Lead the team to ensure communication on stock issues, Case Fill Rate (CFR) / On Time In Full (OTIF) impact and root cause is understood and corrective actions are implemented.
Organizational Development - Lead and Develop direct reports
• Create a winning team & embed KC culture to ensure behaviours are consistent with One K-C Behaviours.
• Create strong coaching and mentoring programs to manage talent
• Ensure commitment and clear understanding of KC policies and procedures and adhere to them.
Ways to measure accomplishment:
• KPIs on
o OTIF / SAMBC / Case Fill Rate
o Forecast accuracy
o Forecast Bias
o Days inventory outstanding (DIO)
o Non-performing inventory
Yêu cầu
• Graduate / Supply chain masters
• Minimum 8-year experience in FMCG, In-depth knowledge of Planning - Demand/Supply, Customer Logistics development, Logistics in country, export and import.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and develop a team
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in conditions which include multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities in tight deadlines
• Ability to think strategically and execute tactical with a bias for action
• Ability to make decisions that are a "best for business" approach.
• Cross functional experience is a must
• Strong business acumen
• Knowledge in customer operating systems (SAP & APO)
• Knowledge in inventory movements (system and physical)
• A high level of attention to detail and a proactive approach
• Strong Analytics and problem-solving skills
