The Role
● Identify large organizations who are strategically well-positioned to accelerate with Go-Viet's platform and develop strong, long-term partnerships with relevant parties at these companies.
● Support in both the sales and account management after the deal is closed.
● Manage the account management team. Responsible for both their performance and growth as professionals.
● Cross sell clients and continue to accrete value for both parties.
● Identify potential channel partners across a variety of clusters, segmented by industry, geography, and specific area of expertise.
● Collaborate with the executive and product teams to build and maintain a pipeline of relationships with potential partners, taking responsibility for the relationship throughout all stages.
● Close partnership agreements while properly balancing company goals, speed, and economic potential.
● Take primary responsibility for the execution and integration of new partnerships.
● Track, report, and optimize the performance of partnerships, including identifying issues as they arise, assessing possible solutions, and executing those solutions.
● Collaborate with all stakeholders such as Product team, marketing and brand team, to further solidify our partnerships and validate the timing and delivery.
● Provide thought leadership, strategic insight, and clear communication (written and verbal) to team members on partnership initiatives.
Yêu cầu
● 7-10 years work experience
● 5+ years of management experience
● Strong understanding of numbers
● Extremely structured & a talented project manager
● Successful track record of working on deals
