About the Role
Based in Vietnam and working remotely, you will lead a team of finance professionals and oversee the financial operations of multiple international entities.
Working closely with the Co-CEOs and external CFO, you will play an important role in supporting business growth, improving systems and processes, strengthening financial controls and providing insights that help drive better decisions.
This is more than a traditional finance role. It is an opportunity to build and lead a modern finance function within a fast-growing international company, with significant opportunity for future growth and development.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead & Develop
Lead and mentor a team of approximately 11 finance professionals.
Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork and continuous improvement.
Support recruitment, coaching and succession planning.
Drive Business Performance
Prepare management reporting and financial analysis.
Support budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning.
Work closely with senior leadership on commercial decisions.
Manage International Operations
Oversee multiple legal entities across international markets.
Coordinate with external accountants, auditors and advisors.
Ensure strong financial controls and compliance.
Strengthen Systems & Processes
Drive automation and process improvements.
Support Business Central implementation and future systems development.
Promote the effective use of technology and AI.
Protect & Support Growth
Manage cash flow and working capital.
Support treasury and banking relationships.
Ensure the business remains financially strong and scalable.
