Our client: A large joint venture specialized in manufacturing indoor furniture and formaline, resin.
Position: Head of Human Resource Department
Working location: Chon Thanh District, Binh Phuoc Province
Working hour: Monday - Friday, [protected info]
Responsibilities
· Support overall staffing and recruiting process for organization balancing the use of internal, external and partner relationships.
· Manage candidates through hiring process - recruitment, initial screening, setup interview schedules, appropriate screenings, provide follow-up during decision process, check references, present offers and
· Provide project support to managing director and enterprise wide employee relations support to all levels of business.
· Provide communication and guidance around company benefit plans and programs and facilitate enrollments and educational meetings.
· Work with all team members to ensure that human resource issues are communicated effectively and in a timely manner.
· Maintain records, reports and systems to high level of detail, organization and efficiency.
· Investigate accidents and facilitate communications follow up actions.
· Coordinate annual compliance training
· Manage location birthday, anniversary and merit recognition programs.
· Create positive work climate by setting example through communications and actions
Yêu cầu
Requirements
· Strong Knowledge in all core HR disciplines
· Able to develop a credible and professional relationship with senior management
· Minimum of five (7) years of HR Generalist experience
· Proven experience in Compensation, including variable pay plan analysis and plan administration
· Able to lead small employees group for 2 years at least
· University degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field required
· Good leadership and motivational skills with excellent communication abilities
· Good knowledge of Vietnam labor law and labor market
· Experience in developing, implementing, and managing various Recruitment & Selection methodologies
· Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, reliable, tolerant, and determined
· Empathic communicator, able to see things from the other person's point of view
· Organizational awareness, open to diversity, high involvement leadership
· Experience working for Korean company
