Executive recruitment specialist Monroe Consulting Group Vietnam is recruiting on behalf of one of the largest commercial banks in Vietnam. As the business keeps developing, our client is seeking a talented for the job of Head of IT Security. The job is based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
Job Summary:
The dedicated Head of IT Security will report directly to CIO. You will be responsible for the implementation and operation of Information Security team.
Job Responsibilities:
· Develop and lead Security Incident Management program through consolidating security policies, training, control systems
· Manage, develop, monitor operation of security technologies, security operations
· Lead, develop the Security Incident Management program through supporting the review of events, escalation response and post - incident review
· Lead security projects
· Deliver the most effectiveness of security technology for operation
· Work closely with stakeholder to engage and influence the adoption of security standards and best practices
· Team management
· Maintain the most effective of security status control and processes
Yêu cầu
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
· Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Computer Science/ Criminal Justice/ Forensics or related major
· Information security certification
· Startup experience/ Consulting project management/ industry frameworks (ISO, NIST) is a plus
· 6 years of experience in cyber operation
· Knowledge of cyber threats in financial industry
· Deep knowledge of security technology which include threat analysis, intelligence, threat hunting, compliance & auditing
· Working experience of key security capabilities and technologies in SIEM, vulnerability management, security orchestration, automation, and response and security analytics.
· Having capacity to write reports based on complex data
· Fluently communicate and write in English
