Mô tả công việc
Overview
• Take responsibility for organizing, managing, and supervising all legal activities of the Company;
Finance Management:
• Build and control budget and costs for the legal work;
System Management
• Proficient in using applications/tools for system administration;
• Guide and control to ensure compliance with the Regulations, decentralization manuals;
Professional Work
• Coordinate with vertical branches of the Legal Department to provide legal advice on professional and organizational activities within the Company;
• Build, update and manage the system of decentralization, authorization, and assignment throughout the system for the company;
• Check and control compliance with internal regulations and legal provisions in the professional activities of units throughout the system.
• Consulting and legal review of economic, commercial and labor contracts to minimize risks for the Company;
• Supervise the implementation of periodic and irregular reports according to regulations of state agencies for issues falling within the functions and tasks of the Legal and Compliance Supervision Department;
Other Tasks
• Provide information and report as requested by direct leaders;
• Inspect to promptly detect/prevent violations in the department;
• Other tasks as requested by direct manager.
Yêu cầu
Literacy/Qualification
• Bachelor or higher degree in Law; lawyer practicing certificate is an advantage.
Experiences related to position:
• Minimum 10 years of experience implementing work related to legislation, legal consulting...
• At least 02 years of experience in organizing and operating teams and implementing work: Legal, Law Consulting...
• Solid understanding of the laws of Vietnam and have experience relating to corporate, investment (FDI), commercial, labor, construction, real estate, environment, M&A, and dispute settlement;

• Demonstrate the role of leader, take the lead, dare to engage, undertake all assigned tasks;
• Always show bravery, urgency and determination in work, work with high responsibility, be proactive, do not avoid or rely on;
