Education/Major:
University graduation with major of Corporate Law
Experience:
At least 3 years experience as legal manager
Experience from pharmaceutical/ cosmetic industry is prefered; FMCG can be considered; multi-sales-channels bussiness; ecom business is a plus
Language Proficiency:
Good in English.
Professional Competency & Industry Knowledge: Regulatory Affairs (RA) Expertise: In-depth understanding of regulations on product declaration, advertising, and labeling for cosmetics, dietary supplements, and medical devices
Compliance Management: Compliance Management: Ability to establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure all processes from importation, warehousing to marketing are fully compliant
Dispute Resolution & Intellectual Property Skills: Protect the company's brand and handle complaints or disputes from customers or competitors
Strategic & Managerial:
Provide strategic advisory to the Board of Directors
System building: Possess a process-oriented mindset to digitalize or standardize legal operations, enabling smooth business operations during rapid headcount growth
External Relations Capability: Have experience working directly and tactfully with the Ministry of Health, Drug Administration of Vietnam, Vietnam Food Administration, and market surveillance authorities
Mindset:
Entrepreneurial mindset: Ability to withstand pressure during high-growth phases
Integrity & courage: Strong enough to raise red flags when necessary
