MISSION STATEMENT
This position need to build sustainable and excellent Logistics for retail business in Viet Nam within group by following statement.
Define Logistic strategy, vision and objectives to be in accordance with company and group development.
Create logistic network and establish working process for MM MEGA MARKET, BSM to be ready to integrate with others business entities within BJC group in VN.
Establish operating procedures and control methods after logistic operation taken in place.
Design and setup the Logistics' KPI and then create monitoring system to achieve the GOAL.
Design and establish the solid Logistic organization with strong backup pipe line.
Deliver strong leadership and people training to assure the right implementation of logistics plan at highly objectives achievement level.
To be the leader in any project related to Logistic
ROLES
As a Moderator in a relation of departments inside company or outside company parties like: offer management, store operation, quality assurance, accounting, controlling, suppliers and logistic service provider to own product supply flow.
To be responsible for end to end logistics working process and scope.
Liaise and report to Supply Chain Director for any business risk, deviation in daily working and take action for correction and/or prevention
KEY RESULT AREAS
Develop full scopes of logistics operation and logistic vision.
Build logistic budget for: cost, income, logistic P&L and volume.
Create logistic objective and specific KPI from entity, DC until individual manager, supervisor level.
Monitor daily, weekly, monthly, yearly KPI and commit to deliver excellence result.
Establish logistic service sale team and conduct supplier integration strategy.
Review suppliers P&L and have proper action plan to improve it.
Establish in-house logistic operation and keep the safe ratio between 3PL and in-house model to ensure company to be on defensive.
Organize the effective logistic operations in different sections: import-export, warehousing, transportation, sourcing & processing, supplier negotiation.
Establish, design logistic operation processes and its SOP to be complied with company others department SOP.
Recruit suitable logistic service providers (LSP) by leading any related tender.
Setup LSP key performance indicator and then evaluate and monitor.
Internal logistic operation budget builds up for shrinkage and optimum
In cooperation with SCM demand planning to build and deliver stock performance like: stock day, return campaign, stock value, aging stock, stock clearance and near expiry.
Providing data to controlling (SCM and company) and using their report to monitor overall Logistic/SCM performance and then work on action plan for improvement.
Budgeting and managing company properties, infrastructure, working tool within Logistic department.
Design the solid Logistic organization chart to be matched with company strategy. In charge of recruitment, training and staff career development.
