* Job Responsibilities
Responsible for Marketing Strategy Planning for the Company's Ongoing Projects; Marketing & Branding activities for all real estate products of SonKim Land such as Marketing strategies, activities, budget plans, campaigns... from traditional to online forms of Marketing. Frequent work will include without limitation:
a. Branding:
• Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to enhance the company's market presence and reputation.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
b. Project MKT
• Implement marketing activities to meet the company's development needs for each project. Update planning information and legal expectations for land funds prepared for investment. Advise leaders on legal procedures, identify potential challenges and advantages during project implementation;
• Lead marketing efforts for all real estate projects, from planning to execution.
• Develop marketing plans for new property launches, including market research, target audience analysis, and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with sales teams to align marketing strategies with sales goals.
• Negotiate and propose the signing of a contract for the provision of event organization, communication, and implementation monitoring services.
c. Marcom:
• Oversee all Marcom activities, including media relations, and corporate communications.
• Develop and manage content for press releases, newsletters, website, and social media platforms.
• Ensure effective internal and external communication strategies.
d. Creative:
• Lead the creative team to develop innovative marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, videos, and digital content.
• Ensure all creative outputs are on-brand and meet high-quality standards.
• Manage the creative process from concept to execution.
e. Administrative MKT
• Oversee the administration of marketing activities, including vendor management, procurement, and reporting.
• Develop marketing plans and budgets, implement plans, and control the effectiveness of budget use.
• Organize the marketing department's organizational structure and provide training to enhance the skills, expertise, and quality of personnel.
• Manage, assign tasks, supervise, and evaluate the work performance of marketing department staff.
• Provide direct report updates to the MD, Sales, MKT, CS.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor/ Master in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate and present.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Strong understanding of
digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Broad knowledge and experience in principles and practices of Marketing activities for real estate products.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to manage multiple transaction within a high-paced environment.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective contact and working relationships with Staff, Directors...
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
