• Lead and manage the paint engineering department to ensure optimal performance and quality standards.
• Develop and implement innovative paint processes and technologies to enhance production efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate paint engineering solutions into the overall manufacturing process.
• Monitor and analyze paint quality metrics, implementing corrective actions as necessary.

• Train and mentor team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in paint technology to maintain competitive advantage.

• Prepare and present reports on paint engineering performance to senior management.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in paint engineering or a related field, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of paint processes, materials, and application techniques.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and projects.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with environmental regulations related to paint and coatings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
