The Job
The Head of People will plan, lead, direct, develop, and coordinate the policies, activities, and staff of the People department, ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the organization's mission and talent strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervisory (50%)
- Supervise the recruitment process and budget: posting, screening, interviewing, and hiring new employees for all levels (Executive, Leader, Manager, and C Level)
- Plan and monitor the annual training program in accordance with business demands
- Oversee the daily workflow within and across departments to ensure the smooth operation
- Provide constructive and timely performance evaluations
- Handle discipline and termination of employees in accordance with Company policy and Labor Law
Duties (50%)
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand the organization's goals and strategy related to compensation, recruitment, retention, training, and development
- Plan, lead, develop, coordinate, and implement policies, and processes to support the organization's human resource compliance and business needs
- Build and develop effective performance measurement systems (KPI systems)
- Conduct analytic reports quarterly, annual operating plan for HR budget forecast, and any other ad-hoc report related to HR as per business demand
- Maintain knowledge of trends, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law; apply this knowledge to communicate changes in policy, practice, and resources to BOM and key stakeholders
- Perform other duties as required
Yêu cầu
A. Qualifications & Working experience:
- Bachelor's degree, majoring in Human Resource Management is preferable
- At least 3 years in a similar position; working experience in the digital business/ e-commerce field is a plus
B. Skills & Personal Attributes:
- English communication, familiarity with Ms. Office ( Ms. Word, Ms. Excel Pivot, Outlook, PowerPoint), Data - Tracking Tools knowledge is a plus
- Practical recruitment experience as well as professional networking in high-level positions (Leader/ Manager/ Expert) is plus
- Have practical experience in the creation, maintenance, and development of performance measurement systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under high pressure and tight deadline
- Proactive, leadership, team management, having good human sense, and people-oriented
