Head of SalesPage Group Vietnam

This is an exciting leadership role for experienced sales professionals, especially Women sales in Industrial sector.
Description
* Responsible for managing and driving sales team to meet company assigned targets.
* Develop opportunities, planning and implementing new sales plans.
* Analyze, prepare and monitor annual budget plans.
* Prepare unique sales plans, create engaging advertisements, emails, develop pricing strategies and promote brand name via exhibitions.
* Analyze market data and trends to draft reports.
* Maintain customer relations via regular visits, providing timely consultation and support.
* Ensure all samples quality and in time delivery.
* Ensure smooth process for sample developments to transfer to mass production.
* In charge of recruiting, training, coaching, and managing Sales teams.
* Propose ideas to General Director to ensure business efficiency
* Perform other duties as assigned by General Director.
Profile
* Having 6+ years of sales experience in metallurgy or related industries
* At least 3+ years in management.
* Strong financial acumen and market intelligence.
* Proficient in consultative selling with a solid understanding of technical drawings.
* Fluent in English; additional Asian language proficiency is a plus.
* Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally.
