Responsibilities
Lead negotiations and agreement development for procurement agreement with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and system integrators.
Build and manage relationships with strategic vendors through regular business reviews and ongoing communication. Ensure alignment on product roadmaps and business priorities.
Identify and implement creative strategies to optimize hardware acquisition costs without compromising quality or performance.
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of sourcing and procurement professionals. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and results-orientation.
Partner closely with engineering, product management, finance, and legal teams to ensure alignment on hardware requirements, procurement timelines, and compliance.

Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
15 years of experience in a leadership role within sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management in the technology sector.
8 years of people management experience leading and developing teams, collaborating and driving results.
5 years of experience with cloud infrastructure across compute, networking or storage.
Experience negotiating hardware and software procurement agreement within the cloud infrastructure space.
Preferred qualifications:
Master's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience working with Hardware-as-a-Service (HaaS) and Bring Your Own Cloud Hardware (BYOCH) models.
Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform products and services.
Understanding of global supply chain dynamics and trends.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and people management skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of an organization.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $211,000-$300,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
