Mô tả công việc
1. Technical Operations & System Management
- Oversee the management of EV chargers, charging stations, and related system infrastructure.
- Supervise system testing and integration with EVs, backend, and frontend platforms.
- Ensure the stability and security of CPO (Charging Point Operator), EMSP (billing & tariff management), and user application systems.
2. Business Operations & Service Management
- Direct the development and implementation of processes and workflows for charging services.
- Manage system configurations and deployments for promotional campaigns and service policies.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
3. Warranty & Maintenance
- Lead the warranty service function for charging stations nationwide.
- Oversee setup and installation of AC/DC charging stations (7kW, 22kW, 20kW, 30kW).
- Monitor service quality and ensure quick resolution of technical issues.
Yêu cầu
Education: Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Engineering majors such as Automation, Electrical/Electronics, Mechatronics, Telecommunications, or other related fields.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role at companies specializing in relevant areas (e.g., telecom power systems, solar energy systems, or EV charging systems).
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong leadership and team management skills; proven ability to plan and execute operational projects.
- Solid technical expertise, with a strong advantage for experience in EV chargers/charging stations.
- Knowledge of business operations in system management, monitoring, and billing.
- Good command of English (both written and spoken).
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
