About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and resourceful HR Project Executive to join our HR team. This role offers the opportunity to work on impactful HR transformation initiatives across multiple departments. You will support the planning, execution, and delivery of HR projects focused on performance management, automation, employee engagement, and HR process optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- As part of a diverse and cross-functional HR team, you will:
- Drive and support HR initiatives such as:
PMS (Performance Management System) Improvement
HR Metrics Visualization (dashboards and reporting)
Automation of KPI and performance data
Job Description Standardization across global entities
- Collaborate with HR teams in different locations to ensure alignment and local adaptability.
- Prepare presentations, dashboards, and reports using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Communicate project progress and insights clearly to internal stakeholders.
Yêu cầu
Key Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in HR, HR operations, or project coordination (preferably in manufacturing or supply chain industries).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel (formulas, charts) and PowerPoint.
- Good command of English (spoken and written), with the confidence to communicate across global teams.
- Comfortable using or learning AI tools and modern technologies in HR.
- Highly adaptable and open to change.
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently to meet deadlines.
