Mô tả công việc
- Supervise and arrange all business travel for Director.
- Prepare meeting minutes, and provide general assistance during presentations occasionally.
- Arrange administration & logistics for visitors, welcome guests and customers.
- Screen phone calls, inquiries and requests, and direct to Director if needed.
- Organize and maintain working schedule and set appointments for Director.
- Produce documents, brief papers, reports and presentations.
- Coordinate with related departments/ Head of Department, and arrange special events regarding requests made by Director.
- Request and input payments in ERP system and follow up on payments.
- Maintain memberships and coordinate communications of professional organizations, associations and clubs on behalf of Director.
- Follow up the contacts made by the Director and supports the cultivation of ongoing business relation.
- Perform and assist Director on personal matters.
- Other tasks assigned by Director.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Laws, Accounting, or related fields.
- Laws Certificate is preferable.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years' experience in similar capacity.
- Communication skills.
- Organizational and multi-tasking skills, administration skills, time management skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail, confidentiality.
